[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society draft submission on the pre-draft report of the UN OEWG

Excellent observations. It would be a milestone if OWEG takes note of these
important points in its final report.

Also, these positions could be stated together with a brief note on the
Internet as "a global network — open, efficient, resilient and highly
interoperable so anyone could join and nobody needed to be in charge" as
the recent Washington Post article observes:
