Dear Chapter Leaders,

We want to keep you updated on the transition to the new Association Management System (AMS).

There will be a scheduled downtime between Friday 25 January at 22:00 UTC and Friday 1 February at 22:00 UTC. We will be using this time to deploy and test the new system.

What this means to you

During this maintenance period, our member portals will not be accessible. All operations around these platforms, including updates to Chapter records, delivery of scheduled Chapter email, access to Chapter communities via email or online platform, access to Inforum courses, and processing new Chapter member applications, will resume after the maintenance period.

The sites affected are:

• Internet Society Member Portal (https://portal.isoc.org/)
• Connect Member-Engagement Platform (https://connect.internetsociety.org/)
• Internet Society e-learning system Inforum (https://inforum.internetsociety.org/)

We will, however, continue to maintain our global website<https://www.internetsociety.org>, and associated websites<https://www.internetsociety.org/affiliated-sites/>.
