[Chapter-delegates] Board of Trustee Elections: Please make sure your Chapter's record is up to date in the Chapter Portal

Dear Colleagues, 

The 2019 Internet Society Board of Trustees Elections are coming up soon (see also: http://www.internetsociety.org/trustees). Eligible to vote are all Chapters in good standing as of 25 January 2019. 

To make sure your Chapter can participate in the elections, please make sure your Chapter's record is up to date in the Chapter Portal (AMS) at https://portal.isoc.org (please check before 25 January)

As in the recent years, the voting ballot will by default be sent to the Chapter Chair/President as listed in the Chapter Portal (AMS). 

Should your Chapter wish to appoint someone else to receive the ballot on behalf of the Chapter, you can do so by adding this person as the Chapter's "Voting Delegate” via the Chapter Portal. 

The cut off date on which the list of voting delegates will be validated is 24 February 2019.
