[Chapter-delegates] Release of Internet.nl source code

Dear all,

I just wanted to flag the release of the source code of the internet.nl
platform. This is an iniatitive in which ISOC.nl together with a number
of other wonderful partners and the Netherlands government jointly
promote the use of modern internet standards keeping the internet
reliable and accessible for everybody. It is the main output of the
Dutch Internet Standards Platform.

Internet.nl is a "one stop shop" test tool for best practices
for websites, email services and connections. It is crafted with love
and attention to detail by the fine folks at NLnet Labs. You can use the
main hosted instance for free at:

         https://internet.nl

And there is a nice Hall of Fame which currently boast 11954 websites
that are fully compliant to the set of selected standards. The source
code can be found here:

This means that you can also put up a localised version in your country!

If you have never tried it, do give it a spin and let us know what you
think - we are curious to learn if you have any improvements or ideas.
We meanwhile get hundreds of thousands of users each year, so we think
it fulfills a need..
