[Chapter-delegates] Final Chapters Slate for the 2019 ISOC Board of Trustees Elections

I am pleased to announce the final Chapters slate of nominees for the
2019 ISOC Board of Trustees elections. No petitions were filed.
Therefore, the slates remain as follows:

The candidates are listed in alphabetical order by last name.

Chapters (one seat is available this year)*

- Chester Soong*

Voting representatives can expect to receive e-ballots from the ISOC
Elections Committee by email on Thursday, 7 March and will have until
15:00 UTC on Monday, 8 April to cast votes.

This announcement concludes the work of the ISOC Nominations
Committee. The Committee thanks all of the nominees who expressed
interest and willingness to serve on the Internet Society Board of
Trustees.
