[Chapter-delegates] 2nd round of Chapter Performance Evaluations 2019: Please update your Chapter/SIG records

Dear Colleagues,

This is a gentle reminder that the 2nd round of Chapter/SIG performance evaluations starts now and will be completed in January 2020.

This round of evaluations is based on the updated performance criteria as presented by members of the volunteer working group in September/October this year, see:

To help you with the evaluations, we have created a step by step user guide that explains how the data on each of the criteria will be collected and added to to the Chapter Portal: https://isoc.box.com/s/7ws9hz5ytd1wajwb4zjq21622t4h67uz

Please do alert your Chapter's AMS Administrators, so that they can start working on this as of today.

The deadline for updating your Chapter / SIG records is 20 January 2020. A preview of the draft evaluation records will be available in the Chapter Portal as of 13 January 2020.

For the SIG leaders on this list: Please ensure your SIG records are up to date for the criteria listed under Part 1 of the evaluations. Evelyn has sent you an invite to a call on Thursday this week to discuss the weighting of the criteria under Part 2 as not all of the points there are relevant for SIGs.
