This is a gentle reminder that the 2nd round of Chapter/SIG performance evaluations starts now and will be completed in January 2020. <br class="">

This round of evaluations is based on the updated performance criteria as presented by members of the volunteer working group in September/October this year, see: <br class="">

Please do alert your Chapter's AMS Administrators, so that they can start working on this as of today. <br class="">

The deadline for updating your Chapter / SIG records is 20 January 2020. A preview of the draft evaluation records will be available in the Chapter Portal as of 13 January 2020. <br class="">

For the SIG leaders on this list: Please ensure your SIG records are up to date for the criteria listed under Part 1 of the evaluations. Evelyn has sent you an invite to a call on Thursday this week to discuss the weighting of the criteria under Part 2 as not
 all of the points there are relevant for SIGs.<br class="">
