[Chapter-delegates] Sad loss of Lajos Bálint

I follow Christian for his reminds of our real friend Lajos.  I started to have so may meetings with Lajos in European and global appointments. The two of us have been pioneers of introduction of Internet in our countries, starting from 1986. We have been involved in European projects like COSINE, in TERENA; we have been involved in activities of the Internet Society Board and ISOC chapters, in the evolution of ICANN, in Internet Governance Forums and several other occasions. He has been a pleasant friend and, let me say, with a very relaxing approach; apart that we had occasions to tune our very converging approaches in technical and policy issues. I miss him very much.
