[Chapter-delegates] French language challenge in activities in Caraibeean region for Haiti

Dear Sindy, bonjour!

Thanks for reaching out. We do have a number of other Chapters (in Europe, Africa, and North America) whose preferred language is French and are doing our best to offer French language resources or events where possible, even though there is certainly still room for improvement.  

Going forward, we will work on making sure your Chapter is included in these communications and hope this will help both the Haiti Chapter's leadership and its members.
