[Chapter-delegates] Call with Chapters in advance of the ITU Plenipotentiary 2018 (18 Oct, 10:00 and 20:00 UTC)

Hello everyone

Thanks Christine, we have a personal interest in that meeting first because
our chapter ( Congo Brazzaville )president Jean Philemon kissangou is a
candidate for Telecom Development Office election.
Secondly the subject development during the conference is very important
for us.
We will join the call
