[Chapter-delegates] FYI - ISOC statement on need for better handling of user data

 Thank you Dan. I read the statement. The internet needs to continue to
build trust and be trustworthy for it to keep growing in a healthy safe
manner. We all need it.
I would have liked stronger diction than *'data revelation'* but all in all
the statement puts our position as ISOC in the clear -  we are about users
and their security first.
