Yes a great idea. 

I saw a notice of a regional workshop coming up in Sofia for the european area but it mentioned a date as soon as April. That doesn't give much time to prep for such a discussion.   

This list shows chapters doing great work but the follow through is tougher to gauge; suggesting structure may be missing.
