[Chapter-delegates] Announcing the Internet Society’s new President & CEO

+1 (chapter from Bulgaria), Alejandro!
I also know Andrew - both in his current job, and as Chair of the IAB some
years ago. Let us all wish him best of luck, as if he succeeds, this will
be a success for all of ISOC!
Needless to say, ISOC — Bulgaria will always support good and positive
initiatives, which strengthen not only ISOC, and not only the chapters, but
overall help the Internet ecosystem work and coordinate better for the good
of all Internet users, and for the good of all people around the globe.
