[Chapter-delegates] Final Report on Opt-in Campaign

Dear Delegates,

As promised last year, please find attached a data filled report on the results of our opt-in campaign. As a small reminder, we undertook this activity not only to start our GDPR compliance process, but to also touch up compliance in email opt-in and be prepared for our AMS migration this year.  The staff has worked on this project for almost a year now and I believe we’ve done everything we could to get these numbers to be as high as they are.

There is a bit more work to do and I’ve outlined some proposed steps for staff to follow going forward. We have yet to decide when we would disposition any records that have not opted in, so there is still opportunity to get folks to opt-in. All mechanisms are still in place to allow opt-in.
