[Chapter-delegates] Welcome on Board! Recognition of Community Networks SIG

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome.

We hope the CNSIG will have an important role to play in the near
future, considering the amount of attention Community Networks have been
getting lately.

The CNSIG will help Community Networks better coordinate their
collective action both inside ISOC and in other spaces.
The first official Council Meeting is coming soon and we will be
reaching out to other Community Networks projects to join the group.

Thanks Alexander for the website hosting offer, I'll comment this with
the Council and get back to you soon.


On a more personal note, I want to let you all know that yesterday we
have installed the first LibreRouter[1] prototype in the QuintanaLibre
Community Network. We will soon deploy four prototypes for a long
running test before production, but results look very promising so far.
