Thanks, Susannah. I’m also quite interested in seeing the details of who’s opted in and who needs to be locally reminded (somehow). 

I can only assume that a good number of my Chapter members are on the out-side because I’ve seen better response to emails via internetsociety-country at connectedcommunity.org than via the chapter portal messaging tool. 

I can confirm that you don’t receive emails from the messaging portal until you opt-in though. I’ve seen one or two of such cases.
