[Chapter-delegates] GDPR - Update on opt in/out?

Hi all,

The GDPR comes into effect in a few months. Could we get an update on 
how the 'opt-in' campaign is going?

As I understand it, those members who do not specifically opt in by the 
deadline will have their memberships terminated. Is this still the case?

And is it still the case that *all* members, regardless of 
location/nationality, need to opt in or out?

If so, how can Chapters see which/how many of their members have opted 
in, how many have opted out and how many still need to make the choice?
