[Chapter-delegates] How many members do we have?

preferred by the chapter and its members, i believe alternatives (even more 
basic and straightforward ones) should be made available.

     I recall that the Chapters Advisory Council endorsed ISOC HQ's support for 
ISOC-NLs development (and provisioning) of just such tools. Would anyone know if 
this has moved forward?
