[Chapter-delegates] Asia-Pacific Regional IGF (APrIGF) next week in Vanuatu. You can join remotely

Hi everyone,

The Asia-Pacific Regional IGF (APrIGF) is being organized next week (Aug. 13-16) at Port Vila, Vanuatu. Those of you who are going to be participating in person will see many old and new ISOC faces where the rest of you can join remotely.

ISOC co-founder Vint Cerf is going to give the keynote when the meeting is going to be opened by Charlot Salwai, Prime Minister of Vanuatu. Asia-Pacific Bureau Director Rajnesh Singh is the chair of APrIGF.

The first day (13th) is a Capacity Building Day and the main conference is from the 14th-16th. Many of our chapter leaders and members from APAC chapters, and ISOC staff — Raúl Echeberría (VP, Global Engagement), and Rajnesh and Naveed from APAC Bureau — are going to be there. Among many other sessions, there is going to be a Youth IGF track.

Hope this event becomes a valuable platform for many of you to exchange knowledge and engage with the wonderful audience at APrIGF which will eventually contribute towards IG-related activities in your own community.
