[Chapter-delegates] Recognition for ISOC - Bulgaria

Quite a recognition for Internet Society - Bulgaria, which made the list of
achievements of the European Digital Rights Initiative - EDRi for their
15th anniversary:

I’m extremely greatful to my colleagues from the ISOC-Bulgaria board, and
our staff, throughout all the years of our existence (we established the
organization in 1995!).

And I’m thankful to all our colleagues from chapters around the globe: with
