I'd like to formally thank Joyce for all the work she and her colleagues
are doing.
It is difficult to work in an environment, which has hundreds of different
cultures, and sometimes the words we - non-native English speakers - use
are also considered either wrong, or inappropriate, or something, while we
didn't intend to sound negative or critical of our colleagues.
