[Chapter-delegates] Closing of internet connections in schools in Catalunya?

Michiel,

Any information from RIPE's Atlas probes you could look into?

I did take a very cursory look for three commercial ASNs operating in
Barcelona to see if anything leapt out for the last week. It didn't. But
maybe the academic and schools networks would have more to show?
