[Chapter-delegates] Closing of internet connections in schools in Catalunya?

Dear Michael,

As usual in other elections, several polling stations used to vote for the
referendum were based in schools. I've been testimony of the shut down of
the Internet connection in the polling station where I voted yesterday, and
it was not the only one, many others were in the same situation. There were
several attacks to block access to the on-line application created to
validate that a person didn't vote in any other place. Other attacks were
based on blocking access from certain IP addresses. The Catalan government
overcame most of those attacks and the process could continue during the
day, with some delays and stops. I guess these Internet cuts do not
continue Today.

Best regards
