Dear Joly
This is indeed a welcome development. I would like to suggest that more
women are involved in the team. In particular, if she is willing I would
like to propose Annastasia Shipepe, who is VC of Namibia ISOC chapter, and
the first woman to present at the 1st Summit of African Community Networks.
I am happy support Annastasia, should she feel the need, as I have some
experience of CNs, however, there are other women that could be included
too such as Ryan Gearty.
I would not like to presume a certain gender representation, but I think
impact and advocacy will be more successful if we avoid manels and aim for
inclusivity.
Well done.
