[Chapter-delegates] Proposal for IETF Registration fee support for Chapters

Dear Olga,

thanks for your follow-up.

The issue of quantity of slots per region or Chapters does not come into
account, since the Registration fee support would be restricted each
time to only the Chapters in the region where the IETF meeting takes
place. If one looks at 3 meetings a year, then it would be approximately
8 slots per meeting.
Participation from other regions would likely fall under the Fellowship
which John has pointed out.
