[Chapter-delegates] Chat tools for chapters

Dear Chapter leaders,

My name is Hirotaka Nakajima, Program Chair of Japan Chapter.

Sorry for the message but we would like to hear the best practices from other chapters about chat tools.

Currently we're using Slack (Free edition) for commutations among officers.
As it is very useful, we're considering to enhance to committees and WGs of the Chapter.

However, Slack Free edition has limitations such as maximum messages stored in the service, so we're looking for alternative solution or way to use Slack with non-profit organization pricing.

If your chapter uses chat tools, please share the practices.
