[Chapter-delegates] Announcing - new beta site of redesigned Internet Society website

Dear All

Thank for this opportunities.
AMS portal is not convivial. I spent lot of time to send a mail to our
members (more than 600).
It will be usefull to have another light and convivial AMS.
I'm working locally to set up a community manager to be able to manage SN
Chapter's communication via social media. This will be more efficient to
keep members informed about chapter's activities.
