The longer email said there where disagreements between some voices from some chapters and some proposal from staff. Not board. Maybe I did miss some displeasure how Board spends ISOC money (which I think imply board approve/disapprove certain budget items), but not so far in this thread.

That said, good you Avri and others take the voices seriously so that some informed discussion can be held which leads to decisions everyone can understand and accept.
