Hi,

I believe I have totally confused which invitation I forwarded to which
list.

This Steering Committee Monthly meeting is _not _the one that was opened.

What was opened was the  Chapter Advisory Council thrice annual meeting.

The Steering Committee meeting was not opened to observer at this point.

As for the list this invitation was sent to, between Chapter Delegates
or Chapter Officers, I admit I have trouble knowing which list serves
which purpose.  Further there is a confusion in our terminology between
Chapter Delegated and Chapter Advisory Council Delegates.

I am going to ask the ISOC supporting staff and the ChAC Secretary to
help me fix the confusion.
