Avri, there used to be a distinction between Chapter Delegates and Chapter
Officers but, since a few years back, if this list's footer is to be
believed, ALL Chapter Officers designated as such on the AMS are
auto-subscribed to the Chapter Delegates list. Each chapter does have a
'voting delegate' (+ maybe, an alternative) but that's a different animal.
Was the consensus "open to Officers"?

Are the ChAC SC minutes published? Is there a wiki or anything?
