[Chapter-delegates] Cyber Security Courses

Hi Glenn,We helda one-day cyber security seminar followed by a day technical workshop for Moroccan community, with ISOC support.
For the workshop, the issues were :- Technical Concepts of Trade Security (issues, services, encryption solutions ...);- Certification Authority (CA) ;- Trust environment between a site and its customers ;
It was full free for all participants from academic area, students, public and private sector).

In lieu of the   Internet Society's 2016 Global Internet Report.  and reports on Data Breaches and the recent article https://www.internetsociety.org/blog/tech-matters/2016/12/security-fatigue-complicates-battle-against-data-breaches
   
   - Does anyone know of any cyber security courses that have been developed and offered.   

   - Who is teaching these courses?
   - Are they free?
   - How qualified is the community in this capacity.  What is the community assets in this area?   

We are doing our  fourth Maker Event in Feb and we have a group called  Maker Garden and a Tech Meetup group which are both interested in launching a course but they need courseware.
