Hi Glenn,

there is a Netherlands based not-for-profit computer security
consultancy company called "Radically Open Security". [1] They provide
some very good material for a basic security training under a Creative
Commons Attribution 4.0 International license:

The courses have been developed by Brenno de Winter (writer, one-time
Dutch "journalist of the year") [2], Tim Blazytko and Ganesh
Rajagopalan. I don't know about rates if you ask them to do the
training, but they are bound to be reasonable - almost the entire
profit the company makes is actually given to a charity that funds
independent developers that work on making the internet safe and secure
and operates e.g. the Internet Hardening Fund and the DNSSEC fund (full
disclosure: I also work for that charity, NLnet Foundation).

Best,
Michiel Leenaars
Director ISOC.nl
