[Chapter-delegates] Cyber Security Courses

Hi Glenn- Am not sure if you are aware, DiploFoundation is doing couple of
courses on Cyber security. I have also recently concluded attending one on
Cyber security. It has a nominal fee's for the certification and can be
relaxed based on where the participants comes from(usually applicable to
developing economies). Details as below:
