[Chapter-delegates] Reporter's request re: CEO resignation

Being more efficient and executive is a role for a CEO. But being more inclusive, socially responsible and bottom up is a community role.

Our role is to make Isoc in such way that their identity does not depend on a one or two year’s CEO. 

Every statement from a community based, bottom up organization should start as: “we, the isoc community... “

It’s our proposal for 2018 and on..
