[Chapter-delegates] Passing of David Vyorst

Sad news indeed. My heartfelt condolences to David's family.

A couple of years back, I was in need of assistance on a visa-related
matter, and Glenn had introduced me to David.

Although he had never met me, David very promptly helped me with the
matter, which was successfully resolved. It was gratifying to note that
David knew me only as a Fellow ISOC member and office bearer of a faraway
ISOC chapter in India, but the ISOC bond was strong enough for him to help
me out.

He will be missed.
