[Chapter-delegates] Passing of David Vyorst

What a sad news Judith, 
I’m shocked 

David was hard worker for advancing ISOC mission, a great colleague and strong leader from ISOC chapters community and mots important, a good friend who I appreciated very much. 

My condolences for his family and beloved ones.
