[Chapter-delegates] Application to form SIG Women

Thank you for this application proposal.
I fully support the initiative.

I am aware my response comes a day later than the expected date. I am sorry
and hope it is not too late to add something small.

I think the SIG should also have a special focus on young mothers and
single mothers. Looking at their position in the society, sometimes it is
hard for them to get employment. Exposure to internet jobs and even the
knowledge on how to work from home would really boost their financial
status as well as enable them to spend quality time with their children.
