[Chapter-delegates] ISOC donations/Beyond the Net

   +1 Evan re: "under the radar", instead we provide verbal updates to our 
regional bureau people when we catch-up with them.

   As for reports about events -- if they are funded, then there is already a 
reporting requirement per funded event/project. Even if not funded, why make it 
a mandatory provision in the Chapter's agreement.

   We are still going through the agreement and have to discuss it within the 
chapter. Is there a possibility that the August 31 deadline for comments can be 
extended?
