The second session of the first part of the program will discuss the internet access in Ghana and its thrust. The output of this session will constitute the input of the session of Part 2.

> During the second session – Intra-regional or Africa session – will become an active “Internet node” and hook to Africa Internet Community through teleconferencing facilities. Focus will be on the unconnected and the role organizations in Ghana could play to connect the unconnected: the challenges and drivers. Also the most critical thrust on the Internet issues in Africa will be reviewed.

> The third session, Accra Node will be hooked to the Global internet Community as passive node and we will listen to other community views on the internet access and thrust at the global level with some additional activities.
