[Chapter-delegates] Low Cost Mesh and First Response Communication

In the past few months  we have worked with the local Amateur Radio club
and we tested a  Poiint to Point system at our Off-the-Grid Urban farm
location.  We were trying to connect to the  Repeater site but the  tree
coverage made it impossible.

I will be presenting at the  Global Humanitarian Technology Conference in
October on the design work on a  low cost wireless mesh network developed
by Prof Nestor Tiglao in Seattle .  Anyone going to the event please let me
know.
