[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society Fellows to WTSA 2016

Dear Elizabeth  Oluoch, 
Thank for sharing  information about the additional people who will benefit the fellowship to participate in the WTSA-2016, but as previously suggested by Richard Hill to consider a person by geographic region.It is regratable there is no  African nomination co-opted among the three selected candidates.
Anyway , while hoping that it will be possible  to participate remotely (remote participation) and remote  contributions  from the ISOC African chapters and others Chapters  of ISOC will be taken into consideration.

Merci de partager des informations sur les autres personnes qui bénéficieront de la bourse pour participer à l'AMNT-2016, mais comme suggéré précédemment par Richard Hill , il aurait été souhaitable de  prendre en compte une personne par région géographique. regratable il n'y ait   pas une candidature africaine cooptée parmi les trois candidatures retenues.
Quoi qu'il en soit, tout en espérant qu'il sera possible de participer à distance (remote participation) et les contributions à distance des ISOC africains chapitres et d'autres chapitres de l'ISOC seront prises en considération.

Dear Members,   As a sector member of the ITU Standardization Telecommunication Sector (ITU-T), the Internet Society (ISOC) will be participating at the upcoming ITU World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly 2016 (WTSA-16). We have additional resources to send three members from ISOC Chapters as part of a fellowship programme to this meeting. Our members are critical in providing on-the-ground perspectives around an open, reliable and secure Internet, and we want your help to shape the dialogue at WTSA-16.    We are pleased to announce the ISOC fellows selected to participate at WTSA-16  on October 25 to November 3.    We received a good number of applications from qualified individuals. All applications were reviewed carefully. Given the competitive nature of the process the selection committee had the challenging task of identifying three candidate that meet the criteria for the limited spots.
