[Chapter-delegates] UK Bill

It is very possible that once enacted the law will face tough judicial
testing both in the UK and in the European Court of Justice. Indeed the
DRIPA legislation cases before the ECJ suggests that it is likely to be
declared illegal in many areas. The Government's hard stand against
Privacy in the Bill may prove a key weakness in the legislation.

Of course the May government is pushing to not only leave the EU but has
a long standing demand for UK to leave the European Court of Human
Rights which is a pre EU european institution that GB was instrumental
in establishing after the war to stabilise and encourage democracy
across Europe.
