[Chapter-delegates] Final Slate for the 2016 ISOC Board of Trustees Election

The slate of nominees for the 2016 ISOC Board of Trustees election is now
final. One petition was filed for the Chapters election; however,
the petition failed to receive the required number of signatures by the
deadline. The final slates are as follows:

Chapters (one seat open)
Olga Cavalli
Mohamed El Bashir
Andrey Kolesnikov

Organizations (two seats open)
John Laprise
Desiree Miloshevic
Harish Pillay

Voting representatives can expect to receive e-ballots from the ISOC
Elections Committee by email onMonday, 21 March and will have until 15:00
UTC on Wednesday, 20 April to cast votes.

The Elections Committee will again hold a Candidate Forum for Chapters on
Connect, enabling you to ask questions of the candidates. Watch for an
email from Elections Committee Chair Hans Peter Dittler, shortly, with
information details on the forum and voting.

This announcement concludes the work of the Nominations Committee. The
Committee thanks all of the nominees that expressed interest
and willingness to serve on the Internet Society Board of Trustees.
