[Chapter-delegates] WORLD BANK and IEEE Project

Hi Folks

I am sharing with all of you a project with the World Bank and IEEE.   My
involvement with IEEE SIGHT   which is the SIG Humanitarian Technology
project  works with IEEE SMART Villages  looking at  innovative low cost
 Internet connectivity projects. TV Whitespace, MESH networks and more.
