Dear Jahangir
I also sympathize with your predicament. It is indeed a problem if ISOC
bypasses local structures and organizes event, particularly when the event
concerned is high profile and national in character. For the Chapter
leadership, it becomes somewhat difficult to manage questions from members.

In this case, it appears to be unintentional, and there is still time for
the Chapter to be associated with the event in a visible manner. I do hope
that ISOC will take care of this concern in future.
