Dear Jahangir,
Sorry to hear about that. The same happened in Uganda. The chapter was
later invited as participants at the event and were given a few slots. I am
happy to read that Joyce will follow up on the same. I am also happy that
Olivier mentioned that the Advisory Council will take it up.
