Chapter Leaders:

The Internet Society Board of Trustees is considering several updates to the ISOC bylaws and welcomes input on the proposed changes from Chapter leaders.

The changes are intended to clear up some confusing features of the current bylaws; take advantage of a change in the regulations concerning electronic voting in Washington, DC where the Society is incorporated; use more consistent terminology; and correct a few typographical errors. The changes do not materially alter the intent of the existing bylaws.

Descriptions of proposed bylaws changes and links to the proposed text revisions can be found at:

Comments should be sent to the ISOC Board at

Chair, ISOC Board of Trustees
