Hi Glenn,

I wish I could attend the meeting BUT it was NOT possible due to other
engagement.

I am currently participating in TVWS Space Project in India that is
deployed by Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB). The TVWS has been
deployed in five villages in rural India and we are now working to scaleup
the project to include 25 new villages.

For details about this project visit:
1. https://www.ee.iitb.ac.in/tvws/pilot.html
2. https://www.ee.iitb.ac.in/iwsd/

I am also working on the same area for my PhD study aimed in connecting
rural Tanzania to bridge the digital divide.

Wishing you all the best and those who are attending this DSA Summit.

Regards,
Matogoro J
