[Chapter-delegates] Creating a good momentum

Hi Raul,
I have been following the debates related to the new elections of BOT members, and the financing of the chapters.
I agree this is an excellent opportunity to define the innovation of the current business model of ISOC, in order to expand the opportunities of the different chapters.
Please, count on me to collaborate as member of the AC & SC, in this first challenge.
