[Chapter-delegates] Remarkable, Productive Open Session at the Board

ISOC Costa Rica volunteers to work with the Chapter Advisory, based on a 
specific proposal

a) to integrate new Chapters in Central America to a common chapter 
electronic platform
b) joint raise profiles, local membership activities  and private sector 
contributions (particularly the regional finer optic connection REDCA, 
owned by the regional public utilities (SIEPAC)
c) for developing and interconnection regional IXPs
c) and based in a better use of  the new .ngo-.ong platform offered by 
PIR

Does it make sense????
